Sunshine in a Glass

Bright - Summery - Refreshing

50ml Loveday Falmouth Dry Gin

2tsp panela, or brown sugar

Half a lime, roughly cut into chunks

Garnish: a couple of wheels of lime

Muddle the sugar and lime in a cocktail shaker, then add gin before giving it a good shake with ice. Strain into a long glass and top with soda and lime garnish.
